Exact route now known!
The exact route is now known.

The relay starts at 2PM at Dataran Merdeka and ends about 6PM at KLCC.
According to sources, runners will not run the whole stretch. They will run from one place to another and then get on a bus before dropping off further down the route to run again. Basically, run, bus, run, bus…
I plan to be at the Dataran Merdeka at noon and KLCC at 5:30PM.
Judging by the words on the streets, there will be a lot of people: those sympathetic to the PRC, to Tibet, to Falungong, to Darfur, CIA operatives, special branches, Martians… Look out for Chairman Mao!
See you there.

I should be proudly the first Malaysia blogger to welcome Beijing 2008 Olympic Torch.
If we allow people to taint Olympics with political purposes, there will never be peace at future Olympics. Every future Olympic will be the event for more political pursues, more deaths, more chaos, etc. And we will become the one who open the floodgate. The only way to keep this sport event clean and pure for sports is to never let these people succeed in their political pursues through tainting Olympics. More analyses about Tibet and Olympic here.

When the next Olympics go to London, we should start global campaigns of “Free Scotland”, “Free Wales”, “Free Gibraltar” and “Free Falkland”.
you are free to do that.
Beijing is using olympics to show the world that they are different nation now and have progressed to be part of international community yet ignoring the human rights in China. If the world goes along with their theme we are playing blind. Recently over 100 Tibetans have been killed for protesting against Chinese Government. Tibetans have been oppressed for over 50 years. Now China is shipping weapons to Africa nation which in turn creating crisis in Darfur. This Olymics is a great opportunities for us to send message to Chinese Government that they will never be a part of civilized international community until they resolve the human rights and Tibet issue.
“Countries have always boycotted the Olympics when it was in their political interests to do so. America and the West boycotted the Moscow Olympics when the Russians invaded Afghanistan. Then the Soviet bloc states boycotted the Los Angeles Games in retaliation. China completely boycotted the Olympics from 1948 to 1976, because of Taiwan’s participation in the games. In 1979, the International Olympic Committee, under pressure from China, declared that Taiwan athletes could only participate as representatives of “Chinese Taipei”, and not Republic of China or Taiwan. If this isn’t politicizing the Olympics, what is?” - Jamyang Norbu
Interesting, Tenzin.
I am from China. I just want a peaceful homeland as every single man want in the world. Ask yourself, who is creating all sort of war recently by taking advantage of Olympic? Who is behind those wars happening these year? would you like to live somewhere full of war? As a Chinese citizen, i felt peace most of time in my Country, but 2008 is extremely unrest. Talk about human right, Where is the human right of the victims, whose ear and eyes was cut out by some Tibetan activist? i don’t mean all Tibetan people are bad, here i only refer to those cruel Activist who want so called “freedom” . Many victims are so innocent, try ask yourself, if you are a family member of the victim, do you still support “free Tibet”. What Tibet will look like if “Freedom” is gained by those cruel Activist, the leading force of the future tibet? besides what you saw and heard from western media and those Tibetan Activist. Did you hear the voice of Tibetan citizen who have families and who lives normal life as every single of us? Do they really like to live in a place where bank, shop and people are burned around, a place where violence is supported and encouraged? May peace be upon all of us.
Jing,
Are you posting from China?
Anyway, I’m not sure who attack whom though. There is allegation that Chinese security personnel provoked the crowd and impersonate “protesters”.

Jing,
You’re a brainwashed, robotic idiot.
I hope I can find you at Dataran Merdeka and shout “Free Tibet! Free East Turkistan!”. I’m too timid to shout by myself but I know I have to do something to stop the genocide… Well, I guess I just have to cross my fingers.

heh. I’ll shout free Kelantan!
Free Singapura!
